In brief
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and embeds no third-party content. The fonts are served from our own server as well.
We only process personal data where it is technically necessary to run the website or when you write to us. We neither store information on your device nor read it (§ 25 TDDDG).
Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Deutschland. The servers are located in the European Union; no data is transferred to third countries.
With every request, the server automatically processes:
- the IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- the requested page or file and the amount of data transferred
- the response status code
- the referrer URL, if your browser sends it
- browser type and operating system (user agent)
The purpose is to deliver the website and keep it secure, for example against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a stable and secure operation.
Log files are deleted after 14 days unless they are needed longer to investigate a specific security incident. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.
Contact by email
When you write to us, we process your email address, your name if given, and the content of your message to handle your request. Providing this data is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot reply.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request is aimed at a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is answering your message.
We delete the data once your request has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply, for example for business correspondence under § 257 HGB and § 147 AO.
Links to other websites
This website links to the website of Ravenica Immobilienmanagement GmbH, which has its own privacy policy. Data is only transferred once you follow a link.
